ELECTRIC BREWERY CONTROLLER

Running your brew in a bag, 1 or 2 vessel HERMS or RIMS electric brewery is easy with EINBREW 1V1P. Full brewing cycle management and temperature control.

​

This controller is also used as a replacement for a failed controller on a Speidel Braumeister BM20 or BM50.

​
The 1V1P lets you program up to 9 mash step temperatures and times as well as up to 9 hop insertion times - it precisely controls the complete brewing process for you.

​

Bespoke electronic controller with process management to help get your brew right every time.

​

In the box you get, 1x controller, 1x 2m power lead, 1x PT100 temperature sensor with 3m lead, 1x C20 element connector, 1x C14 pump connector, installation instructions.  Professional installation advised.

​

The 1V1P supports 16A (internal Solid State Relay) with one heating element of up to 3500W ~15.5A (@ 230V). So total current, pumps, element and controller must not exceed 16A. There is an internal relay to control the element.

​

Each includes connectors for 1 x pump (IEC C14), as well as 1 x temperature probe (XS12 connector) with 3m lead and power input lead (IEC C19). CE and LVD compliant. Works on 230V/ 50Hz & 60Hz.

Controller is power coated steel, 215x230x80mm, with integral wall mounting brackets.

Unlike competitor systems and off-the-shelf parts, EINBREW EBC is a dedicated brewing controller that is specially designed for 1 & 2 vessel and BIAB brewing. Works with 1 vessel, 2 vessel, RIMS and HERMS breweries.

 

It helps you manage the brewing process as you go along, with multiple mash stages, grain rests and hop insertion alarms as well as managing mash in and boil.

HOW IT WORKS

EINBREW EBC offers the best all-in-one control solution for single vessel brewing; everything you need to make the greatest beer around.

  • Custom controller lets you setup your brewing recipe before you start, with support for up to 9 mash stages and 9 hop insertions.

  • Compatible with wall or stand mounting so it can be placed at a convenient working height.
     

  • Automatically controls to your set temperatures, and rests for the times you define.  Custom control algorithm helps to prevent overshoot and oscillation.

  • Temperatures and stages times can be adjusted on-the-fly when brewing, if you notice that things need to change. Also manages cooling stage.

  • Includes a temperature measurement probe for your vessel.​
